1. Information we collect

Depending on the feature you use, SnapLotto may collect:

• ticket images uploaded through the scanner
• support screenshots and support message content
• email addresses provided through contact or support forms
• lottery ticket selections extracted from uploaded images
• basic technical and operational records needed to run the service securely

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• process ticket scans and compare selections against official results
• show scan results and draw breakdowns
• review failed scans and improve scanner accuracy
• respond to support requests and operational issues
• maintain service reliability, security, and fraud protection

3. Ticket image handling

Ticket images are stored as operational evidence so SnapLotto can verify scanner behavior, investigate extraction issues, and confirm that updates continue to work correctly.

A ticket image by itself does not allow a prize claim. Official lottery claims still require the original physical ticket.

4. Advertising and sponsorship

SnapLotto may display clearly labelled direct sponsorships and advertising supplied by partners such as Google. Advertising providers may process device information, approximate location, cookie identifiers, page activity, and advertising interactions to deliver, limit, and measure ads, subject to their own policies and the choices available to you.

SnapLotto uses first-party product analytics, Google Analytics on the website, and Google Analytics for Firebase in the Android app to understand page and screen usage, feature engagement, app version adoption, and technical performance. Analytics events do not include uploaded ticket images, extracted ticket numbers, support screenshots, or support message content. Website visitors can allow or decline Google Analytics through the privacy controls shown on the site.

Uploaded ticket images, extracted ticket numbers, support screenshots, and support message content are not shared with advertisers for ad targeting. SnapLotto does not accept campaigns that sell lottery tickets or promote unlicensed betting services.

5. Sharing

SnapLotto does not sell user data and does not share uploaded ticket images, support screenshots, or support message content with advertisers. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the service securely, including hosting, database, and email delivery services.

6. Storage and retention

Data is stored on infrastructure used by SnapLotto to operate the service, including managed database and server storage. Ticket images and support uploads may be retained for operational review, support resolution, QA verification, backup, and compliance purposes.

Retention periods may change as storage policies are updated. SnapLotto may remove data that is no longer required for service operation, support, or verification.

7. Security

SnapLotto uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport where applicable, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can choose whether to upload a ticket image, submit a support message, or provide contact details. If you do not provide required information for a specific feature, that feature may not function correctly.

SnapLotto requests a website analytics choice before Google Analytics stores or reads analytics cookies. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled through Google consent controls. Your website analytics choice can be changed at any time through the Privacy choices control in the footer.
